Life Expectancy Evaluation for Battery Banks and Lifecycle Extension by Use of High-Intensity Ultra-Sound and High-Voltage Pulses

The integrity and reliability of the DC supply in a substation is very important for operation of the control systems and devices, and for signaling. Therefore, a reliable means to evaluate the life expectancy of the battery bank in a substation is very important. Our unique technology not only calculates the life expectancy of the batteries using impedance measurements, but also we can extend the life span of the batteries depending on the evaluated age. The life extension is accomplished by use of high-intensity ultra-sound and voltage pulses

Mirai Denchi has developed technology that converts used vegetable oil into bio-diesel. In addition, Mirai Denchi has developed gasification reactor technology that converts organic waste (house hold waste, agricultural waste, etc) and also coal into combustible gas that can be used for energy generation and synthesis of other industrial chemicals
